Glogging Away!
My first attempt at a Glog. It's not very pretty or matchy-matchy, but I was able to load pics and a video, so I declare that a win!

Cool Interactive Periodic Table!
Do you remember when you first learned about the components of the periodic table? Orbitals? Oxidation numbers? Valence electrons? I was one confused mess in high school!
The Dynamic Periodic Table is a tool that could be used to help students understand the relationships of the elements. It is interactive and contains a lot of information about each of the elements, their properties, and how they interact and relate with one another. You can also look up photos, videos, and even podcasts about individual elements! I have not explored it all yet, but it looks like a great way to make the periodic table more manageable for students.

Nombre Un (I won't pretend to know French after this, but for now just go with it)
Welcome to my first foray into the blogging world! I have taken part in blog discussions before, but I have never manned one on my own. I hope to use this as a tool to share about new and exciting things that are happening in education and how we can bring technology into the classroom. Feel free to share your experiences and what has worked well/not well.
